Qualifications:
Bob Worthy holds the following degrees from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia; a Masters of Interdisciplinary
Studies (Fine Arts), a Masters of Education (Counseling) and a Bachelors of Fine Art (Art Education).
Graduate level studies in the areas of adult education, art therapy, and gifted & talented education.
He has also completed a two level Learning Technology Skills Program developed by the Virginia Community College System as a Professional
Development Initiative; "Introduction to Learning Technology" and "Technology and the Learning Process."
Since 1999 he has served as an adjunct faculty member for Virginia Commonwealth University's Off-campus Graduate Art Program for
their School of the Arts.
Additional educational experiences include: Art Instructor and guidance counselor for Virginia public schools (6 years) and Administrative
Officer and adjunct Art faculty for the Virginia Community College System (20+ years.)
